on Pinterest recently. It seemed easy enough, despite the math
involved. Plus I have some fabric to use up as well as girls who love a
new skirt. It was easy to make, and it went fast too!
I have never claimed to be good at math, and despite my best efforts the skirt ended up 2 inches larger in the waist than I hoped. Sigh. I was so sure I did it right. Not to worry, I decided to use FOE for the binding rather than what the tutorial called for. That worked out quite nicely!
The skirt is a little big on my 5 year old but fits my almost 10 year old perfectly. Here's my 5 year old modeling, she thought it matched her leggings and bird shirt. :)
