This probiotic contains some unique strains or bacteria. Some of them may help maintain healthy pH of the girly parts, and others contribute to healthy immune system function in pregnant and nursing women, as well as women of all ages.

I like to take a probiotic to help with digestive function, and to feel better when my digestive system is feeling off. This probiotic did help with those things! I noticed I did feel my digestive system functioned better while taking these.

I also received a bottle of Super Enzymes. These little capsules can be taken by adults with every meal and help optimize the breakdown of fats, carbs, and protein. I have read that taking enzymes helps the digestive system work more efficiently to digest a meal, and I felt this was true when I took them.
